1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching services provided by Aliyah D., trading as Plan & Pivot Careers (“I”, “me”, “my”). By booking or participating in any coaching session, programme, or service, you (“the client”) agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a professional, collaborative process designed to support personal and career development. We do not provide therapy, counselling, legal advice, or financial advice. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

3. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through the official booking link on our website.

  • Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Full payment is required before the start of any programme or session.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Client Cancellations:

  • Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.

  • Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

Programme Refunds:

  • Coaching programmes are non-refundable once started.

  • If a client chooses to discontinue early, no partial refunds are provided.

Our Right to Cancel:
We may cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, we will offer an alternative date or a refund for that session.

5. Behaviour and Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful coaching environment. The following behaviours will result in immediate termination of services with no refund:

  • Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour

  • Discriminatory or inappropriate language

  • Harassment of any kind

We reserve the right to refuse service if a client’s behaviour compromises safety or professionalism.

6. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during coaching sessions is confidential, except where:

  • Required by law

  • There is a risk of harm to yourself or others

  • You provide explicit written consent

Sessions are not recorded unless mutually agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Attend sessions on time

  • Engage fully and honestly in the coaching process

  • Complete any agreed-upon actions or exercises

  • Communicate any concerns or changes in circumstances

Coaching is most effective when clients are committed and proactive.

8. Results Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Progress depends on the client’s commitment, actions, and willingness to implement strategies discussed in coaching.

9. Intellectual Property
All materials, tools, frameworks, and resources provided by Plan & Pivot Careers remain our intellectual property. Clients may use them for personal development only and may not reproduce, share, or sell them.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plan & Pivot Careers is not liable for:

  • Any decisions made by the client

  • Any financial, career, or personal outcomes resulting from coaching

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

Our services are provided in good faith and based on professional expertise.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in coaching services with Plan & Pivot Careers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
